Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Officer to plan and execute marketing campaigns, generate leads, and promote our services in and around Virudhunagar.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and field campaigns
- Generate and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets
- Create innovative marketing ideas and promotional activities
- Utilize advertisements and promotions to convert interest into business growth
- Build and strengthen brand awareness in the local market
- Conduct client visits and maintain strong relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for marketing support and materials
- Prepare and submit regular marketing reports
- Travel frequently within Virudhunagar and nearby areas

**Requirements**:

- Undergraduate degree completed
- Age preferably below 45 years
- Minimum 1-2 years marketing experience, preferably in security or Marketing industries
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to implement new ideas
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven
- Willingness to travel frequently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
