We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Global Internal Audit (GIA) business.
You’ll get:

You’ll be working in GIA, which is an independent function that supports UBS in achieving its strategic, operational, financial and compliance objectives. We do this by assessing key processes, governance, risk management, and the control environment within all business divisions and group functions globally. We are independent in our work and report directly to the chairman of the board and the audit committee. As part of your internship, you will be a member of the global issue assurance team, responsible for conducting independent assurance reviews of non-financial risk (NFR) Issues. The team assesses the design, operating effectiveness, and sustainability of remediation actions taken by management to address identified risks. In addition to issue assurance reviews, the team contributes to cross-functional GIA initiatives, projects, and audits, collaborating with colleagues across multiple global locations reflecting the diverse and international nature of GIA.

Your expertise- has a or an ongoing bachelor’s or master’s degree preferably in finance, banking, technology or a quantitative field
- has strong analytical mindset and a structured approach to problem solving
- is able to quickly understand complex processes and think critically, with a willingness to challenge assumptions and propose practical solutions
- has the eagerness to learn and stay informed about the banking industry and technological developments

This internship will last 12 months, where you’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations.
