**Roles & Responsibilities:
- **
1. Ensuring activities of receipt, storage, labelling, segregation of RM/PM/FG/Engineering
as per given storage condition and given batch number in warehouse
2. Ensuring fast and correct implementation of ERP module. Also ensure master data of
RM/PM/FG/Engineering items uploaded in ERP.
3. Monitoring preparation of GRN in ERP & Posting (Goods issue) of RM/PM/
FG/Engineering items in ERP.
4. Ensuring proper sampling & dispensing activities and timely material delivery to
production dept.
5. Ensuring proper handling of retest, expiry and near expiry material
6. Ensuring proper handling of returned/recalled goods.
7. Ensuring thorough investigation & correct root cause analysis of any inventory losses.
8. Monitoring disposal or destruction of raw material, packing material and finished goods
rejection
9. Ensuring proper accounting of material by stock taking & reconciliation of material.
10. Preparing, reviewing and implementation of new as well as existing SOP in area
11. Ensuring good hygiene, safety & cGMP practices are followed in WH areas.
12. Ensuring training to employees on ERP, health & safety, hygiene and security.
13. Ensuring proper coordination of activities with all other departments.
14. Ensuring preparation & submission of MIS of Warehouse to management
**Qualification:
- Any Graduate**
**Experience:
- 6+ years in Pharma Formulation**
