Job Responsibilities

Research and Trend Analysis:
Conduct extensive research on graphic trends, print techniques, and colors, with a focus on children’s apparel.

Analyze competitor brands and aspirational markets to identify emerging design trends.

Stay updated with the latest industry developments and graphic design innovations.

Design Conceptualization:
Develop graphic concepts aligned with seasonal themes and brand guidelines.

Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm ideas for print placements, all-over prints (AOPs), and graphic designs.

Create mood boards and design concepts based on trend forecasts and market research.

Design Execution:
Develop and execute graphic designs for knits and woven products, including t-shirts, shirts, and accessories.

Create detailed tech packs with clear specifications for prints, placements, colors, and techniques.

Ensure designs align with brand identity and seasonal stories while meeting design deadlines.

Sample Development Oversight:
Work closely with vendors and internal teams to develop print samples and ensure timely execution.

Review graphic samples for quality, color accuracy, and design integrity.

Provide feedback and necessary corrections to vendors to achieve the desired outcome.

Collaboration and Coordination:
Collaborate with fashion designers, merchandisers, and production teams to ensure cohesive product development.

Coordinate with the production team to resolve any print-related issues during manufacturing.

Market Analysis and Sales Support:
Conduct market surveys to understand consumer preferences and graphic trends in children’s wear.

Regularly analyze sales data and feedback to refine future graphic designs.

Support the sales team by providing graphic inputs for customer presentations and seasonal collections.

Presentation and Travel:
Prepare presentations to showcase graphic concepts and collections to internal stakeholders and buyers.

Travel as required to attend trade shows, vendor meetings, and other design-related events for trend insights and business development.

Production Support:
Review production tech packs and ensure accuracy in design specifications before bulk production.

Provide approvals and resolve any production-related challenges related to graphics and prints

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Fashion retail: 2 years (preferred)
