**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:WordPress Development**:

- **Website Development & Maintenance**:

- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
- Ensure websites are optimized for performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
- **Content Management**:

- Manage the content, structure, and updates for WordPress websites.
- Implement content edits, updates, and troubleshoot issues as required.
- **Technical Optimization**:

- Optimize website speed, security, and overall functionality.
- Debug and fix issues, ensuring smooth user experiences.
- **Integration & Functionality**:

- Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and other features to enhance functionality.
- Set up e-commerce platforms, forms, and CRM systems where needed.
- **Compliance & Backup**:

- Ensure all websites meet accessibility, legal, and technical compliance standards.
- Regularly back up website data and implement recovery solutions.

**Digital Marketing**:

- **Campaign Development & Management**:

- Develop strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:

- Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and performance tracking.
- Monitor and improve search rankings and organic traffic.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Create and manage content for social media platforms to boost brand presence.
- Run paid social media campaigns, monitor performance, and adjust strategies.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Track, analyze, and report on website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize future strategies.
- **Creative Collaboration**:

- Work with content creators and designers to develop engaging visuals and copy.
- Ensure alignment of brand messaging across all digital channels.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory with proven experience).
- **Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in WordPress development and management.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in WordPress, HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with website optimization tools and techniques.
- Experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Tag Manager).
- **Marketing Skills**:

- Knowledge of social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Creativity and a proactive approach to work.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
