With a 200-250 INR crores revenue run rate, we are on track to be India’s next unicorn.Manage and develop relationships with key affiliate partners, including influencers, premium contributors, YouTubers, and Telegram influencers.- Drive revenue growth by maximizing the performance of affiliate partnerships and identifying new opportunities.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to develop and implement effective affiliate marketing strategies.- Monitor affiliate performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs and objectives.- Provide regular reporting and analysis on affiliate performance, including ROI, conversion rates, and revenue generation.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify new opportunities and potential risks.- Negotiate and manage affiliate contracts, commission structures, and incentive programs.- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance and support to affiliate partners to help them achieve their goals.- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company and maintaining a positive image within the affiliate marketing community.- Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and new affiliate marketing techniques.

**What’ll you do**:
**Must-Have Skills**:
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.- Solid knowledge of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and performance metrics.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.- Results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding targets.- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.- Experience & understanding of Telegram deal channels is a plus.

**Desired Qualifications**:
0-2 years experience in marketing or related field- Excellent knowledge of MSOffice- Strong communication and presentation skills; must be able to write effective ad copies- Experience in Online Marketing for e-commerce portals- Strong analytical and critical thinking- Strong Academic Credentials: MBA / B.Tech. /

B.Sc. / B.A./B.Com with quantitative background preferred.
