_ **JOB DESCRIPTION**:_
- To oversee, direct and control activities of Communiqué department.
- To receive calls and provide information about hospital and services rendered.
- To ensure all lines are functioning properly, in case of any problem lodge complaint to telecom office
- To activate extension numbers on all floors (in house) and coordinate with the engineering department.
- To ensure all the room extensions are activated at the request of IP coordinators.
- To activate and deactivate Local, STD calls on different codes.
- To deactivate the line after use, generate the phone bill and raise the same at the time of discharge in case of IP patient.
- To check Emergency Codes Register updated properly.
- To share new updates with other team members.
- To call & inform team leader in case any Emergency code been announced.
- To update ambulance register and co-ordinate Ambulance calls.
- To update the mobile no’s & Extension list in case of any new No.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
