**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Segment audiences for personalized and relevant communication.
- Set up automation workflows (drip campaigns, lead nurturing, etc.).
- Track key performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to align content and visuals.
- Generate reports and provide actionable insights for campaign improvement.

**Required Skills & Tools Knowledge**
- Proficiency in tools like **Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue (Brevo), Zoho Campaigns**, or **ActiveCampaign**.
- Strong **copywriting and content creation** skills.
- Good understanding of **audience segmentation** and **automation workflows**.
- Analytical mindset to track, interpret, and improve campaign metrics.
- Basic knowledge of **HTML/CSS** (preferred).
- Creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
