**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately enter and update data into computer systems and databases.
- Review data for errors or inconsistencies and make necessary corrections.
- Verify data accuracy by comparing it to source documents.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data.
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
- Organize files and documents for easy access and retrieval.
- Respond to data-related inquiries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Perform routine data maintenance and cleaning.
- Generate reports as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- High school ; optional certification in data entry or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist, Data Clerk, or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
