My client, who is the subsidiary of a listed Company, is seeking an ambitious and analytical professional for the position of Manager Accounts & Operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Preparing periodic financial statements as per Statute
- Review of month end Journal entries, monthly closing related activities for timely preparation of

Monthly Profit and Loss Account for the Management including variance analysis
- Preparing budgets forecasts, variance analysis and commentaries in co-ordination with Accounts

Department of Holding Company
- Preparing cash flows, keeping check on surplus funds and investment activities
- Manage all accounting operations on daily basis including reviewing all ledger details to validate proper payment and revenue posting.
- Recommend and maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over Finance Department activities.
- Coordinating statutory, Tax audits, Internal Audits and implementing necessary recommendations
- Report, payment and filing of ESI, PF and PT taxes.
- Handling various matters related to ITR, TDS and GST including reconciliation and preparation of

GST Audit Data
- Payroll Processing and timely payments of statutory dues and filing of periodic returns

Qualification:

- Chartered Accountant, CA Inter, M Com with experience or similar qualification

Skill set:

- Result oriented with strong sense of urgency
- Self-starter and ability to work under time pressure
- Ability to perform independently and demonstrate ownership and accountability
- Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to learn to handle different accounting systems within short time
- Analytical skills
- High level of accuracy
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite / Tally
- Proficiency with Windows operating system / Microsoft Office suite / Tally

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
