**Role: SAP PP L1 Support**

**Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months - 1 Year**

**Location**: Hosur
- A SAP PP (Production Planning) L1 Support Consultant typically has the following

key responsibilities:
1. **Core Job Responsibilities**

l Understand and resolve L1 support issues assigned by the Plant

l Monitor and close help desk tickets in the system

l Prepare user manuals and documentation

l Perform basic user ID maintenance and workflow coordination

**2. Technical Skills Required**

l Experience with SAP, particularly SAP PP modules

l Ability to work both independently and in a team

l Strong communication skills

l Basic troubleshooting and incident resolution capabilities

l Working in shifts

**3. Typical Work Activities**

l Batch job monitoring

l Preparing functional specifications for new reports

l Addressing client issues related to master data and configuration changes

l Supporting implementation projects and testing processes

**4. Work Environment and Expectations**

l Flexibility to work in different time zones, as required by operational needs or

global teams

l Be available for on-call support during critical production issues or system

downtimes, especially during non-business hours

l Ensure timely resolution of high-priority incidents to minimize production

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
