**Key Responsibilities**:Teaching and Curriculum Development**:

- Teach courses in Information Technology, including programming, databases, web development, cybersecurity, cloud computing, networking, and related areas.
- Develop and update course syllabi, instructional materials, and lab exercises to reflect industry trends and technological advancements.
- Use innovative teaching methods such as project-based learning, live coding, and case studies to enhance student engagement.
- Supervise undergraduate and graduate projects, theses, and capstone projects in IT and related fields.

**Research and Scholarly Activities**:

- Conduct cutting-edge research in IT and publish findings in high-impact journals and conferences.
- Collaborate with faculty and industry partners on interdisciplinary research initiatives.
- Present research findings at national and international conferences, workshops, and seminars.

**Student Mentorship and Advising**:

- Advise students on academic progression, career opportunities, and research projects.
- Provide mentorship to students interested in pursuing careers or higher studies in IT.
- Encourage and facilitate student participation in hackathons, coding competitions, and IT-related events.

**Service and Administration**:

- Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and accreditation processes.
- Serve on committees for academic planning, student development, or research initiatives.
- Assist in the development and assessment of IT programs to ensure quality and relevance.

**Industry and Community Engagement**:

- Build partnerships with IT companies, government organizations, and research institutions for collaboration.
- Facilitate internships, cooperative education, and industry-driven projects for students.
- Organize guest lectures, seminars, and workshops to connect students with industry leaders.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per year
