**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Hyderabad studio
- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, designers, and architects
- Provide expert interior design advice and solutions to clients
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and workshops
- Collaborate with the design team to create customized furniture solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in sales, interior design, or a related field in the furniture industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, furniture, and materials
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in design software and CRM systems
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field

Pay: From ₹15,965.18 per month
