**Requirements**:
The Doctor Relationship Officer will primarily be responsible for driving the doctor referral channel for the company. Responsibilities include:

- Achieving Sales and respective financial objectives
- Meeting doctors to introduce Nivaan’s services and generating patient referrals from the assigned region/sector at a set frequency
- Arranging onsite/offsite wellness activities to promote our offerings
- Collecting & sharing market intelligence to improve internal processes and offerings
- Training the team for the effective clinical presentation of Nivaan’s offering
- Ensuring 100% implementation of marketing strategies in the assigned region through team members

Critical Requirements
- Effective in Sales Admin, Team management, MIS reports generation, Analysis of the reports & Intra Departmental communication
- B2C exposure and experience in dealing with qualified medical practitioners are mandatory.
- Working knowledge of English is preferred
