**Job Overview**:
The Telugu Teacher is responsible for teaching the Telugu language to students across the assigned grade levels, ensuring they develop reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills. The teacher plays a vital role in promoting Telugu literature, culture, and values, while creating an engaging and supportive classroom environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching and Instruction**:

- Deliver interactive and engaging lessons in Telugu.
- Develop students' proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.
- Teach Telugu grammar, vocabulary, and literature effectively.
- Use creative and innovative teaching techniques to make learning enjoyable.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Plan, design, and implement lessons as per the school’s curriculum and academic standards.
- Introduce students to Telugu literature, poetry, and prose.
- Incorporate local cultural elements to enhance learning experiences.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Regularly assess students’ performance through classwork, homework, projects, and exams.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and address areas of improvement.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a positive and disciplined learning environment in the classroom.
- Encourage active participation and ensure student engagement during lessons.
- **Communication with Stakeholders**:

- Maintain communication with parents about their child’s progress and areas for improvement.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and address any concerns.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on new teaching methodologies and tools for Telugu language instruction.
- Attend training programs, workshops, and staff meetings organized by the school.
- **Cultural Events and Activities**:

- Organize and participate in cultural programs, such as Telugu literary competitions, drama, or festivals, to promote Telugu language and heritage.

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- Proficiency in the Telugu language (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Strong knowledge of Telugu grammar, literature, and culture.
- Excellent classroom management and teaching skills.
- Ability to connect with students and make learning enjoyable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telugu or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred).
- Prior experience in teaching Telugu is advantageous.

**Preferred Experience**:

- 2-5 years of teaching Telugu in schools.
- Experience with CBSE, ICSE, State Board, or international curricula

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:
