**Job Overview**:
The Male Hostel Warden is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the male hostel, ensuring a safe, supportive, and comfortable living environment for all residents. The warden will serve as a mentor and facilitator, promoting a positive community atmosphere and addressing any issues that arise.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision and Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the male hostel.
- Ensure compliance with hostel rules and regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to maintain cleanliness and safety.
- **Resident Support**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing their concerns and needs.
- Foster a sense of community among residents through activities and events.
- Provide guidance and support in personal and academic matters.
- **Conflict Resolution**:

- Mediate disputes between residents and promote conflict resolution strategies.
- Handle disciplinary issues in accordance with hostel policies.
- **Safety and Security**:

- Ensure the safety and security of residents by monitoring access to the hostel.
- Implement emergency procedures and conduct safety drills.
- Report any incidents or concerns to the appropriate authorities.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of resident information and incidents.
- Assist in the onboarding of new residents and orientation sessions.
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure effective communication and operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or residential role is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage conflicts and handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of safety and emergency procedures.

**Working Conditions**:
