Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Engage customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Showcase and present a wide range of jewelry products, including necklaces, rings, bracelets, earrings, and more
- Provide detailed information about product features, materials, and craftsmanship
- Offer tailored recommendations to help customers find the perfect jewelry items
- Process sales transactions and handle cash/credit card payments
- Maintain a clean and organized retail space
- Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed
- Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and sales techniques
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or the jewelry industry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and provide excellent customer service
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Passion for jewelry and a desire to help customers find the perfect pieces

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
