Sales & Promotions Coordinator

**Job Purpose**:
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining product quality, managing stock, and executing both online and offline marketing strategies to increase visibility and revenue across non-milk product categories
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Customer Engagement**:
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and convert leads into orders.
- Develop strong customer relationships to ensure repeat sales.
- Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs.
**Stock Management**:
- Monitor and update inventory levels for all non-milk products.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to avoid shortages.
- Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) method is followed for perishable items.
**Quality Maintenance**:
- Check and ensure the quality of all products before dispatch.
- Report and remove damaged or expired stock immediately.
- Ensure storage and handling follow food safety and hygiene standards.
**Operations (Non-Milk)**:
- Coordinate with delivery and packaging teams for smooth operations.
- Manage order fulfillment and ensure timely delivery.
- Track performance and suggest improvements for non-milk categories.
**Offline Marketing**:
- Distribute flyers, pamphlets, and posters in key locations.
- Attend or coordinate local events and stalls to promote products.
- Conduct door-to-door awareness drives in targeted areas.
**Digital Marketing Support**:
- Share product updates and offers on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook.
- Collaborate with content team for daily post ideas and customer engagement.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback via digital channels.
**Offer Management**:
- Plan and implement offers, bundle deals, and discounts.
- Track offer performance and ROI.
- Suggest new seasonal or regional offers based on buying patterns.
**Key Skills Required**:
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of stock and inventory systems.
- Familiarity with digital platforms (WhatsApp Business, Instagram, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Proactive, self-driven, and team-oriented.
