**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a talented Video Editor to join our dynamic team in Noida. As a Video Editor, you will play a crucial role in producing compelling visual content that aligns with our channel's editorial standards and resonates with our audience. You will collaborate closely with the content creation team to bring stories to life through engaging video narratives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Edit raw footage into polished videos that meet the channel's standards for quality, accuracy, and storytelling.
- Employ creative editing techniques, including but not limited to color correction, sound design, and visual effects, to enhance the visual appeal and impact of videos.
- Collaborate with writers, journalists, and producers to develop cohesive video narratives that effectively communicate key messages and engage viewers.
- Ensure timely delivery of edited videos while adhering to deadlines and production schedules.
- Stay updated on industry trends, video editing software, and techniques to continuously improve editing skills and workflow efficiency.
- Maintain organized file management systems and archives for video assets.
- Contribute ideas and concepts for video content that resonate with the channel's target audience and editorial focus.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably in a digital media or journalism environment.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of video editing principles, including pacing, rhythm, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards in editing and post-production.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in film production, media studies, journalism, or a related field is preferred.
