**Position Details**:
Position Title: Health & Safety Supervisor Experience: 0-2 Years

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Health & Safety (mandatory)
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and enforce compliance with occupational health and safety regulations at the site. - Conduct daily safety inspections and hazard identification checks.
- Support site teams in implementing safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation as per statutory norms.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness sessions.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and workers to ensure adherence to safety measures.
- Report incidents, near-misses, and unsafe practices, and follow up on corrective actions. - Assist in the development and implementation of site-specific safety plans.
**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Health & Safety or Industrial Safety (mandatory).
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in construction, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of local, state, and national safety laws and regulations. - Strong communication and observation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and safety documentation/reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Willingness to work on-site and adapt to construction/infrastructure project environments.
