**Job Description**:
Join our Intelligent Process Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) as an AI Solution Architect. In this critical role, you will lead the design, implementation, and scaling of AI and ML-powered systems and solutions. You will collaborate with other members of the CoE and different business functions to address business challenges and opportunities. Leveraging your expertise in AI technologies, algorithms, and frameworks, you will help us in developing and scaling the AI strategy for the CoE, create architectural designs, and oversee the implementation of AI projects and initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Requirement Analysis:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their processes and requirements and identify opportunities where AI can provide value and solve business problems.
- Solution Design:

- Collaborate with internal and external teams to understand business requirements, challenges, and opportunities.
- Design scalable and efficient AI solutions aligned with business needs and strategic goals.
- Create architectural designs to outline the different components and technologies required to build AI solutions
- Technical Expertise:

- Stay current with advancements in AI and recommend suitable technologies for specific use cases.
- Assess various AI algorithms, models, and frameworks to determine the most suitable ones for the specific use case and problem.
- Proof of Concept (PoC):

- Lead the development of AI and ML PoCs to demonstrate feasibility and potential value
- Present PoC results to clients, gathering feedback for iterative development
- Assist in the evaluation, recommendation, and selection of appropriate tools, platforms, and vendors for data and AI initiatives
- Best Practices:

- Establish and promote best practices, design patterns, and coding standards for AI solution development.
- Ensure solutions are maintainable, extensible, re-usable and well-documented.
- Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, machine learning engineers, and domain experts.
- Work with other Enterprise AI architects to develop and communicate a clear AI strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Standards and Innovation:

- Implement and maintain architectural standards and best practices for the CoE's AI service offering.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, contributing to the development of state-of-the-art models.

Required Experience and Skills:

- A minimum of 3+ years of industry experience in a similar or related role
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in designing and implementing complex AI and ML solutions (Senior Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or AI Engineer).
- Strong programming skills (Python, Java, SQL and other programming languages used for AI development)
- Proven experience in designing and implementing Machine Learning and AI models (Generative AI experience is a plus).
- Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, including supervised and unsupervised learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms and distributed computing for scalable model training.
- Software development experience in support of enterprise-grade solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelors in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Advanced Degree (Master's or PhD) in Computer Science, Analytics, AI or a related field
- Solutions Architect and/or AI Engineer certifications (AWS, Microsoft or Google Cloud)
- Experience developing End-to-end pipelines for model training and deployment is a plus.
- Experience working with cloud technologies.
- Knowledge and experience working with Machine Learning Platforms such as AWS or Databricks is a plus.
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks, including TensorFlow or PyTorch, and the ability to leverage them for custom solutions.
- Prior experience working with Generative AI for enterprise use cases is a plus.
