**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing ingredients for momo fillings (vegetarian and non-vegetarian).
- Help with dough kneading, rolling, and shaping momos.
- Support the main chef in steaming, frying, and plating momos as per order requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area and kitchen.
- Ensure proper food storage and minimize wastage.

**Key Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Ability to follow instructions and recipes.
- Good hand coordination for folding and shaping momos.
- Punctual, reliable, and willing to learn.

**Qualifications**:

- No formal education required, but basic reading/writing skills are a plus.
- Prior experience in momo preparation or kitchen work is an advantage.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
