About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Female Physiotherapist to join our Gym & Recovery Zone team. The role involves client assessment, injury rehabilitation, therapeutic recovery protocols, and working closely with fitness coaches to deliver integrated clinical fitness programs for women. You will also handle special populations like PCOS, thyroid, obesity, postnatal recovery, joint pain, and lifestyle disorders.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and maintain client records.

Develop personalized therapy plans based on client needs and medical history.

Deliver evidence-based treatments using manual therapy, exercise therapy, posture correction, and mobility training.

Operate and manage recovery equipment such as:
Infrared therapy

EMS training system

Cryo/cold bath therapy

Pneumatic compression therapy

Percussion massage guns

Sauna and recovery tools

Collaborate with gym trainers for injury prevention and corrective exercise programs.

Manage session cards and documentation with therapist and client signatures.

Guide clients through posture correction, pain management, and rehabilitation programs.

Conduct body assessments, mobility screenings, and progress tracking.

Provide prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy guidance.

Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained in the recovery zone.

Educate clients on lifestyle modification, ergonomics, and recovery routines.

Support monthly workshops and clinical fitness awareness sessions.

Reporting to Center Manager & Clinical Head weekly.
Skills & Requirements

Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal therapy and rehabilitation.

Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Ability to work with women of all age groups (teenagers to 60+).

Good understanding of fitness and exercise science.

Compassionate, patient, and professional behavior.

Team player with strong ethics and customer service mindset.

Comfortable with technology for digital reports and client tracking.
