**Job Description for Sales Coordinator**

Position: Sales Coordinator

Location: Faridabad (Mewla Maharajpur)

**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the sales team in achieving their targets by managing day-to-day operations.
- Handle inquiries, provide product details, and manage customer relationships.
- Process sales orders and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels to meet client requirements.
- Follow up on pending orders and payments with customers and internal teams.
- Maintain and update sales records in the company database.
- Act as a point of contact between the sales team, clients, and other departments.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, and agreements.
- Maintain records of expenses related to sales and submit them for approval.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role; experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.32 per month
