**General Manager**

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Services Manager at CHOUHAN AUTOMOBILES LLP located in Durg. The General Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of company vehicles, managing the inventory of spare parts, supervising the cleaning and upkeep of facilities and equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. They will also collaborate with other teams within the company to identify areas for improvement, implement new processes, and provide customized solutions for customer needs.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive maintenance and repair management
- Experience in managing teams and overseeing operations
- Excellent knowledge of automotive mechanics and systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with safety and regulatory standards in the automotive industry is preferred
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a plus
