**Position: Course Anchor - Skill Arbitrage (100% Remote)**

**Who we’re looking for**:

- **Age**: Up to 35 years only.
- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years of proven professional success (no freshers).
- **Background**: English or soft skills (**English background strongly preferred**).
- **Skills**: Excellent spoken & written English (**perfect English is non-negotiable**), strong presence of mind, analytical & problem-solving mindset.
- **Mindset**: Empathetic, passionate about teaching/mentoring, and helping learners grow.
- **Learning Orientation**: Loves reading, researching, and picking up new skills.(especially in AI).
- **Tech Readiness**: Comfortable using **AI tools for content creation and day-to-day workflow**:

- **Work Preference**: Must value remote work (this is a 100% work-from-home role).
- **Discipline**: Ability to work with **Time Doctor (remote productivity tracking tool)** for accountability and seamless team collaboration.

**What you’ll do**:

- Be the **anchor in a learner’s transformation journey** — guide them to land jobs, freelance clients, and career breakthroughs.
- **Teach and facilitate live sessions** for the batches you handle, ensuring engaging delivery and measurable learning outcomes.
- **Create and refine course content** (lectures, notes, assignments, case studies) tailored to your batches.
- Own learner outcomes and manage course success (NPS).
- Mentor students on career paths, growth strategies, and confidence-building (with tools & training provided).
- Use **AI-powered tools** to design learning experiences, streamline operations, and boost productivity.
- Shape the future of our courses with fresh ideas, better pedagogy, and student-first innovation.
