**Designation: Field Officer**

**Managing and controlling security guards in all the client locations. Hiring and managing security guards regularly. Training and duty turn out procedures have to be done.**

**Roles**:
**Recruiting**:

- Hiring new security personnel with proper screening (including proper ids) for new or existing sites.

**Controlling**:

- Responsible to maintain 100% service uptime in all client sites. Immediately report disruption to superior peers and address the issue immediately.
- Communicate efficiently and effectively about issues to peers and client representatives explaining the downtime and immediate measures.
- Always be available via a call to clients, employees, and MD, to coordinate and resolve issues.
- Patrolling client locations multiple times (Including night visits) to supervise and improve the quality of service. Employee and client grievances should be recorded and communicated accordingly.
- Continually educating, training and discussing the security service and the quality to be provided.

**Administration**:

- Reminding and collecting payments from clients.
- Taking daily attendance of the employees and addressing their issues and concerns quickly. Report the state and absence periodically to MD.
- Advance payments to employees should be dispatched as required and communicated effectively to the accounts team.
- Training for Security Personnel every Friday or Saturday/ each client in a month has to be done.

- Reporting

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
