TELE CALLING SALES PERSON
- Engage with active and budding clients to advise, encourage onboarding process or resolving queries about product or company using different telecommunications /technologies to meet targets
- Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time, and use solutions based approach.
- Utilizing process driven approach to forward prospects from agreement stage to our Sales team for closing.
- Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales, along with important details of each conversation( sales phone calls and sales deals).
- Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
- Maintains operations by following policies and methodology and functional changes.
- Keeps up quality service by adhering to organization guidelines and pre-defined scripts.
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
- Make every attempt to fetch new (business) customer information and other relevant data.
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Insurance sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Service sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Multi level marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (required)
