**Brief Job Description**:
Leadership of the Designing, Commissioning & Installation Team of data center.

**Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each**:

- Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to effectively work with other functional departments within the organization and outside.
- Must be able to establish strong working relationships with Site Operations Team and project execution teams to ensure high quality deliverables.
- Excellent technical knowledge with Designing & solution skillset.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex mechanical challenges.
- Should have experience in Designing of data center, electrical, mechanical and civil of any facility.
- Should have exposure of data center processes and policies.
- Should have operational knowledge of UPS, PAC, DG, Transformers, Chillers etc DC equipment..
- Applies creative approaches and procedures to the solution of well-defined problems.
- Appropriately challenges existing engineering practices and identifies practical opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Able to implement sustainable practices to achieve sustainable outcomes in all facets of practical and technical project work.
- Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives.
- May coach and review the work of lower-level professionals.

**Qualifications**
**Required/ Minimum Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other related discipline.
- Minimum of 10+ years’ experience working in Data Centre operation or designing industry.

**Additional / Preferred Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of Data Center Electrical/Mechanical infrastructure, including UPS/Rectifier system, HVAC systems, chillers & cooling towers.
- Solid technical foundation, very familiar with the architecture of data center power supply and refrigeration systems, as well as the principles, maintenance, and common faults of commonly used equipment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
