**Job Title**: Fashion Designer

**Aakar Intimates Private Limited** is seeking a talented and passionate **Fashion Designer** to join our creative team. In this role, you will work on the design and development of categories including **Swimwear, Westernwear, and Beachwear**. You will collaborate closely with the design team to bring fresh, innovative ideas to life while maintaining high standards of quality and style.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize, generate, and develop new samples.
- Conduct in-depth research on upcoming fashion trends, materials, and styles for the next season.
- Create detailed sketches, renderings, and technical drawings for new designs.
- Assist in the development of mood boards and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Support sourcing of materials, trims, and fabrics for prototypes and samples.
- Help create tech packs and specification sheets for new designs.
- Participate in garment fittings and provide constructive feedback on garment fit and construction.
- Maintain organized design archives, sample libraries, and project files.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and best practices.
- Perform administrative tasks as necessary to support the design team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fashion design role is preferred.
- Proficient in sketching, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.), and garment construction.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Passion for fashion, creativity, and a keen eye for design trends.
- Flexibility and eagerness to learn new skills and techniques.
