- Respond To Client Inquiries Via Calls, eMails Or Whatsapp/ Message.
- Process New Insurance Applications / Policies, Renewals, And Endorsements
- Manage Premium Payment Reminders And Confirmations.
- Update Client And Policyholder Databases.
- Handle eMail (Incoming And Outgoing) And Correspondence With Clients.
- Assist In Organizing Meetings And Preparing Required Documents.
- Provide Support For Claims Processing.

Weekly Tasks
- Generate Weekly Reports On Policy Updates, Claims, And Premium Payment
- Conduct Follow-Ups With Clients On Pending Payments Or Documents.
- Coordinate With Underwriters For Approvals
- Monthly Tasks
- Prepare And Share Monthly Client And Policy Reports With Management. - Ensure All Client Data Is Accurate And Up To Date.
- Share Updates With Key Customers On New Services Or Policy Changes.

Pay: ₹10,051.84 - ₹19,643.02 per month
