
Support Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Problem Solving**: Coordinate with the technical team to resolve customer complaints quickly.
- **Service Scheduling**: Arrange and track service visits for technicians to fix customer issues.
- **Documentation**: Keep records of customer queries, complaints, and resolutions.
- **Follow-Ups**: Check back with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
- **Team Coordination**: Work with different teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
