**About the Role**:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic **Executive Assistant** to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. This role goes beyond traditional administrative duties — you’ll play a key part in **client communication, product demonstrations, and relationship management**, helping to present our company and software solutions with confidence and professionalism.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Executive & Administrative Support**
- Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, appointments, and travel schedules.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Coordinate logistics for internal meetings, client demos, and company events.
**2. Client Interaction & Demonstrations**
- Conduct **product demonstrations** for potential clients, showcasing key features and benefits.
- **Assist in client onboarding** and ensure a smooth communication flow between clients and internal teams.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Help the executive **convince and convert leads** by effectively communicating value propositions.
**3. Communication & Coordination**
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive, clients, and internal departments.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
**4. Project & Task Management**
- Track progress of ongoing initiatives and ensure key milestones are met.
- Conduct market or client research and compile insights for decision-making.
- Support cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency and outcomes.
**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
**Experience**:
- Minimum **2 years** of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a client-facing support role.
- Experience conducting software demos or working with SaaS/hospitality software is an advantage.
**Skills**:
- Strong presentation and communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and online meeting tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
- Ability to learn and demonstrate software products confidently.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
- Professional demeanor and discretion in handling confidential matters.
