**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a Marketing Associate who will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth for CaseMinister. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling content, manage campaigns, and analyze performance metrics.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and offline channels.
- Create engaging content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Manage and monitor social media accounts, including scheduling posts, engaging with the audience, and growing followers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
- Support the creation of marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with design and content teams to produce high-quality visuals and content.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- Assist in organizing and promoting events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals and objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in tech or SaaS industries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging and compelling content for various platforms.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand-building.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns.
- Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for basic design tasks.
- Experience working in the legaltech or related industries.
