Hiring: B Sc (Fresher) - Effluent & Sewage Treatment Plant (Paint Shop)

Department: Production - Paint Shop

Grade: Junior Engineer / Assistant Engineer

**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

**Education**:
Diploma in Paint Technology / Chemical Engineering / B.Sc in Chemistry

**Experience**:
Junior Engineer: Minimum 1+ year

Assistant Engineer: Minimum 4+ years

Duty Timing:
08:00 AM - 04:30 PM + 3.5 Hours Overtime (Rotational Basis)

Job Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) and Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) including primary, secondary, and tertiary treatment stages

Supervise maintenance of pumps, blowers, filters, clarifiers, and aeration systems

Ensure treated water quality complies with environmental and legal discharge standards

Record daily operational data and report any abnormalities

Maintain and track chemical inventory and ensure proper dosing procedures

Coordinate with internal teams and external authorities during audits and inspections

Train and guide operators on ETP/STP processes and safety protocols

Identify plant issues and recommend corrective actions or process improvements
