**Operations Intern**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Office Operations Excellence**:

- Engage in day-to-day office operations, ensuring a seamless workplace environment.
- Take charge of maintaining office supplies, organising files, and handling correspondence to develop organizational skills.

**2. Administrative Mastery**:

- Support key administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and preparing documents.
- Contribute to the implementation and enhancement of administrative processes and procedures, fostering a keen understanding of operational efficiency.

**3. Process Optimization**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the implementation and improvement of various administrative processes.
- Gain exposure to real-world business practices and actively participate in refining operational workflows.

**4. Data Insights and Reporting**:

- Assist in data entry, analysis, and reporting using a variety of software tools.
- Develop analytical skills by interpreting data and contributing to informed decision-making processes.

**5. Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with different departments to support and gain insights into cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Learn to navigate the complexities of interdepartmental collaboration and contribute meaningfully to shared goals.

**6. Event Organization and Execution**:

- Contribute to the planning and execution of internal and external events, honing organisational and project management skills.
- Gain hands-on experience in creating memorable events that contribute to a positive organizational culture.
- Team Support
- Provide general support to the Operations & Admin team, gaining exposure to various facets of business operations.
- Develop a holistic understanding of how operational support contributes to the overall success of the organisation.

**Qualifications**:
1. Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

2.Strong organizational and multitasking skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Eagerness to learn, adapts, and actively contribute to a collaborative work environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
