**About Us**:
We are Socioninja, a specialized digital marketing agency based in India. For the last 7 years, we’ve been working with brands in fashion, apparel, jewelry, beauty, and home décor—helping them scale with creative campaigns and high-performing content.

We’re looking for a Video Editing Rockstar who can bring our creative vision to life. As our Video Editor, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping how brands look, feel, and connect with their audiences online.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Editing engaging social media videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts & Long Form Content)
- Crafting scroll-stopping ad creatives for Meta & Google ads
- Producing brand story videos with strong emotional pull
- Repurposing raw footage into high-converting content
- Designing video hooks, transitions, and motion graphics that catch attention
- Collaborating with the creative & strategy team to execute content ideas
- Continuously researching trends in fashion & lifestyle video content

**Job Requirements**:

- Passion for fashion, beauty, and lifestyle content
- Experience with editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar)
- Ability to add strong storytelling through visuals, music & cuts
- Understanding of short-form video dynamics (hooks, pacing, retention)
- Strong sense of aesthetics & attention to detail
- Ability to work 8 hours a day
- Good communication skills & team spirit
- Creative mindset with the hunger to learn & experiment
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure

**Salary/Compensation**:
1st Month: No Compensation (Training Period)

2nd Month: ₹5,000

3rd Month: ₹7,000 + incentives

After final Review Meeting → Salary of ₹15,000 minimum + performance-based incentives

This is a performance-based role. If you are dedicated, you can increase your earnings significantly.

Expected hours: 8 per week
