**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and target potential clients who require domestic courier services. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand the company's client base.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their courier and logistics requirements.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our services. Clearly communicate the value proposition and competitive advantages of our company.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings. Use this information to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable contracts. Close deals and achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Provide feedback and insights to improve service offerings.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets. Generate regular sales reports and present them to management.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role, preferably in the logistics or courier industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Good understanding of the domestic courier market and logistics operations.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
