Experience:
- Total experience: -3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum experience: -1-2 year experience in relevant accounting experience.

Education: -Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Skillset:
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office

**Profile Introduction**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our Transport & Logistics team. As a Junior Accountant in our company, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and providing support to the accounting department. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development in the dynamic field of transport and logistics.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger accounts.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Prepare and submit tax returns and other statutory filings.
- Assist with financial analysis and forecasting.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Handle ad-hoc accounting tasks and projects as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Languages: Hindi, Marathi, English.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
