**Draughtsman - Architecture, Structure & Interior Design**

B.E/ Diploma - Civil Engineering with minimum of **two years’** experience at Shanmugam Associates, an architecture & design firm, based out of Trichy.

**Duties & responsibilities**:

- Ensuring the quality standards are maintained in all drawings
- Collaborate with management and client to align work for desired outcomes
- Collaborate with other team members (Architects/ Engineers)
- Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.
- Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD systems.
- Performing calculations for materials and weight limitations.
- Preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside the engineering team.
- Ensuring final designs are compliant with building regulations.
- Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil
- Considerable experience in a similar position
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in the use of computer-aided design (CAD) software, STAAD
- Strong time and project management
- Dedication to learning new concepts and strategies
- Should be a good team player

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month
