**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute gourmet recipes for mithai and chocolates.
- Innovate with fusion flavors, textures, and designs.
- Ensure consistent taste, quality, and portion control.
- Source and use high-quality ingredients.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Train and guide junior staff on recipes and presentation.
- Stay updated with global dessert trends.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Chef specializing in desserts, mithai, or chocolates.
- Strong knowledge of ingredients, flavors, and culinary techniques.
- Creativity in recipe development and presentation.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Attention to detail and passion for premium culinary experiences.
