**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Advising**: Provide information and guidance to prospective students about academic programs, admission requirements, financial aid, scholarships, and campus life.

**Interviews and Tours**: Conduct interviews, campus tours, and information sessions for prospective students and families to showcase the institution's offerings.

**Events**: Represent the institution at college fairs, high school visits, and other recruitment events to attract potential applicants.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate with academic departments, financial aid offices, and other campus resources to support applicants and facilitate a seamless admission process.

**Admissions Policies**: Stay up-to-date with the institution's admission policies and procedures and communicate them effectively to applicants.

**Reporting**: Generate and analyze reports related to admissions statistics, applicant demographics, and conversion rates.

**Enrollment Support**: Assist admitted students with enrollment procedures, including course registration and orientation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (education, counseling, etc.).
- Previous experience in admissions, student services, or related areas is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the institution's academic programs and campus resources.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in admissions software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
