**Job Summary**:

- **Order Processing**:

- Receive and process customer purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Maintain updated records of orders and communicate any potential delays to customers.
- **Customer Service**:

- Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing product information, pricing, and delivery details.
- Address and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team in preparing and submitting quotations and proposals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the availability of marketing materials and product information.
- Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
- **Communication**:

- Facilitate communication between the sales team, production, and logistics departments.
- Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their orders.
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely information flow.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**:

- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and contracts.
- Prepare and maintain sales documentation, including contracts, invoices, and shipping documents.
- **Sales Coordination**:

- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for the sales team.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for sales meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the sales team, if necessary.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Proven experience in a sales coordination or similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
