As an In-Store Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales by creating a positive shopping experience for customers. You will be expected to engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend products that meet those needs. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store and keeping track of inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and engage with customers as they enter the store

Identify customers' needs and recommend products that meet those needs

Provide product information and answer questions about features and benefits

Demonstrate product use and benefits to customers as needed

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system

Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions

Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Receive and restock merchandise as needed

Keep track of inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management

Meet or exceed sales goals and targets

Participate in ongoing training and development programs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kozhikode, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
