**Key Veeva CRM Skills**:

- Configured iPad and Windows device functionalities and supported sync issues.
- Should be Veeva Vault Certified and Veeva CRM Certified.
- Assist in gathering requirements to continuously improve the Veeva platform.
- Must have experience in the Configuration of new Veeva CRM functionalities.
- Participate in all the Veeva CRM-related review meetings with other vendors.
Participate in all release plans, where needed.
- Must be having hands-on experience in data loadings and deployments.
- Responsible for the resolution of critical/high priority issues/problems reporting for Veeva CRM Application
- Carry out root cause analysis and troubleshoot the issues.

**Operational Skills**:

- Produce documents for IT such as specifications, test plans, test results, change control material, operational records, user guides, etc.
- Responsible for delivering deliverables on time with expected quality.
- Individual Operational Skills are needed.
