We are seeking an **Admin Assistant** to support the **New Product Development (NPD)** team. The role involves handling administrative and coordination tasks to ensure smooth execution of daily activities and project workflows within the department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to new product projects.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communication between internal departments.
- Support data entry, filing, and document control activities.
- Assist in preparation of presentations, reports, and project trackers.
- Handle purchase requests, follow-ups, and vendor coordination as required.

**Desired Profile**:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferably with admin or office management experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative or support functions.
- Good communication, coordination, and MS Office skills.
- Organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹29,722.48 per month
