Job Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Develop engaging content (reels, carousels, videos, captions, memes, etc.) tailored for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).

2. Create content calendars in alignment with marketing objectives, brand voice, and audience interest.

3. Conduct content research to stay ahead of trends, challenges, formats, and platform algorithm changes.

4. Write compelling and SEO-friendly captions, scripts, and content that drives engagement.

5. Collaborate with designers, strategists, and video editors to deliver cohesive and high-performing content.

6. Monitor and analyze performance metrics, optimizing content based on engagement and reach.

7. Brainstorm and pitch creative content ideas for client campaigns and brand storytelling.

8. Ensure brand consistency in all content through tone, voice, and aesthetics.

9. Repurpose content across platforms while customizing formats to maximize reach.

Job Requirements:
1. Minimum 0 to 1 year of content creation and Freshers can also apply.

2. Excellent writing and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail.

3. A deep understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and audience behavior.

4. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

5. Passion for creativity, branding, pop culture, and digital communities.

6. On-camera confidence for hosting videos or voice-overs.

7. Actively uses and understands major platforms (Instagram, YouTube Shorts ).

8. Solid grasp of trending formats, memes, and viral content culture.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
