**Job Summary**:
The Sr. Relationship Manager - DSA Vertical is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Direct Selling Agents who source retail loan products such as home loans and LAP The role focuses on ensuring high-quality sourcing, maintaining portfolio health, building DSA relationships, and achieving business targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Portfolio Oversight & Management**:

- Monitor and manage the performance of a portfolio of DSAs.
- Analyze sourcing trends, approval rates, and portfolio quality (delinquencies, rejections).
- Ensure DSA is aligned with product strategy and credit policies.

**2. DSA Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with client and Banker.
- Conduct regular visits and meetings to drive engagement and motivation.
- Resolve operational or credit-related issues raised by bank promptly.

**4. Credit & Compliance Oversight**:

- Ensure all sourced files adhere to internal credit and documentation norms.
- Collaborate with credit and operations teams to fast-track processing.
- Monitor risk parameters and take corrective actions for non-performing portfolios.

**5. Performance Tracking & Reporting**:

- Maintain daily/weekly/monthly dashboards on disbursements, lead conversion, and approval rates.
- Share periodic business reviews with internal stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related fields.
- **Experience**: 3-6 years in retail lending, preferably in DSA/channel sales.
- **Industry**: Banking, NBFC, Fintech
- **Skills Required**:

- Strong understanding of loan products and DSA sourcing models
- Relationship management and negotiation skills
- Analytical skills with experience in portfolio performance tracking
- Proficiency in Excel, MIS tools.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Loan disbursement volume
- Portfolio delinquency and rejection rates
- TAT (Turnaround Time) for processing
- Compliance score and audit readiness

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Home Loan: 3 years (preferred)
