- Monitor entrances and exits to prevent unauthorized entry.

- Coordinate with emergency services as needed.
- **Security Checks**:

- Conduct routine inspections of premises to identify and address security risks.
- Perform searches and checks on personnel and vehicles as required.
- **Incident Reporting**:

- Document and report any security incidents, accidents, or violations.
- Provide detailed and accurate written and verbal reports.
- **Customer Service**:

- Interact professionally with employees, visitors, and clients.
- Provide assistance and guidance to individuals when needed.
- **Conflict Resolution**:

- Handle conflicts and disturbances in a calm and efficient manner.
- Use verbal and, if necessary, physical intervention to maintain order.
- **Security Policy Enforcement**:

- Enforce company security policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- **Training and Awareness**:

- Participate in ongoing training programs to stay updated on security protocols.
- Educate employees and visitors on security awareness.
- **Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with other security personnel and relevant departments.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to share information and maintain a cohesive security strategy.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in security-related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in security roles or law enforcement.
- Strong observational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform security-related tasks.
- Familiarity with security equipment and technology.
- Must have experience in hotel industry.
