**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for our product range.
- Identify and build relationships with interior designers, architects, builders, and dealers.
- Handle B2B and B2C inquiries from lead generation to conversion.
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations as required.
- Manage digital and offline marketing activities, including social media campaigns, exhibitions, and brand promotions.
- Maintain and expand client database and update CRM records regularly.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Track performance metrics and report on sales and marketing activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 2-6 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in interior products, furniture, or building materials.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand design and technical aspects of interior products.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel for business meetings and events.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
